- HIV
- Hepatitis B Surface antigen
- Hepatitis C antibody
Redneck Brawl has pre-paid the lab for your blood work. It is free.
1. Call 1-888-732-2348 at Request A Test to schedule your appointment.
2. Tell them you are on a pre-approved list for Redneck Brawl Aug. 3 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Give them your name and age and they will help you find the closest lab.
3. If the lab is too far away, you can call your local county health clinic and see if they can do it.
4. Please take care of your blood work by Fri. July 26 deadline.
WEIGH-INS – Friday, Aug. 2 – 6:00 p.m. CT at the Paycom Center
- Location is at the Paycom Center and come through the loading dock entrance. The Paycom Center loading dock is located on S Shields Blvd/EK Gaylord Blvd between Reno Ave and Oklahoma City Blvd just south of the Courtyard by Marriott parking garage.
- We will get your official weight at the weigh-ins.
- Bring your driver’s license or state issued picture i.d.
- Weigh-ins will be broadcast LIVE with Catfish Cooley, Big Murph and Andrew Conn. We will have a fighter stare downs with your opponent. They are open to the public.
EVENT DAY – Saturday, Aug. 3 – 4:30 p.m. CT at the Paycom Center
- Come through the Arena at the back entrance by the loading docks.
- Family members must come through the box office gate entrance. The gate opens at 6:30 p.m. CT
PRE-FIGHT PHYSICAL 4:30 p.m. – All fighters must fill out a health questionnaire form and have their vitals checked by the Ambulance service provider and fight doctors the night of the event.
WRAP HANDS 6:00 p.m. – Wrap your hands with the training wraps. If you do not bring your own, we will provide. The cornermen we provide will help if you need assistance.
CUT-OFF 6:00 p.m. – Any fighter showing up after 5 p.m. will not be allowed to fight.
PRE-FIGHT MEETING 6:30 p.m. – The OK Athletic Commission and the refs will go over all the boxing rules and answer any questions for this amateur boxing event.
WHAT TO WEAR (to event)
- T-shirt, tank top or no shirt (preferably no shirt for male fighters)
- No walkout robes!
- Athletic shorts, bike shorts, jeans, sweatpants
- Any tennis shoes or boots as long as they have rubber soles on the bottom.
PROMOTER PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING:
- 16 oz. Gloves (fighters must use the promoter’s gloves)
- Hand Wraps
- Mouthpiece (You can bring your own or we will give you one for free)
- Groin Protectors – Must be worn on outside of clothes unless you bring your own cup.
- Cornermen – Must be provided by the promotion mandated by the OK State Athletic Commission for this style event. NO ADDITIONAL CORNERMEN PERMITTED.
- Towels and water for your corner
- The promoter will pay for your boxing license and there is no entry fee.
- 2 complimentary tickets for your 2 guests given to you at the weigh-ins. Fighters do not need a ticket for themselves. The tickets are reserved in Section 114 for Texas fighters guests and Section 107 for Oklahoma fighters guests. (Fighters will have the open space/seats to roam on the floor behind Sections 2 and 3) Purchase tickets online
RULES
• This is strictly boxing. All standup. No elbows, knees, low blows or biting allowed.
• Entrants must be between 18–39 yrs. old and shall have photo identification.
• Each bout is 3 one-minute rounds with one-minute rest period between rounds.
• All contestants wear 16 oz. gloves, groin protector, and a mouth piece.
• No professionals allowed with experience in boxing, mixed martial arts, kickboxing or any other unarmed combat sport.
• All referees, judges, and timekeeper are appointed by the OK Athletic Commission. Bouts are scored on a 10 point must system. The scoring of a bout is based on clean hits, effective aggressiveness, defense, and ring generalship. Promoter is not involved with the scoring of the fights.
• Fighter must attend weigh-ins.
• This event is sanctioned by the OK Athletic Commission.
